In Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico, Priority Service offers a dedicated line at the rental counter. Upon arrival proceed to the dedicated rental counter and present your credit card and driver license for validation. You will be asked to review and sign your rental agreement and then given the vehicle keys and paperwork. In Europe, Priority Service locations feature a booth situated on the lot. At these locations, you will bypass the rental counter, proceed to the booth and present your driver license for validation. You will be asked to review and sign your rental agreement and then given the vehicle keys and paperwork.

Pros Work with some great hard working rental agents. The airport environment is enjoyable and a great way to network and hopefully find something better. Cons Work twice as hard as Enterprise employees, doing almost 3 times as many rentals at the airport. We are working all three brands Alamo and National and Enterprise but Enterprise employees only do themselves. National agents dont get paid enough, and we watch as Enterprise employees get raises every 6 months. We will never be able to move up for this company because there is nothing to move up to. Have been working here for over 10 years and have gotten a 25 cent raise. We are here to pad Enterprise managers pockets. Crappy way to treat hard working employees. Very sad.
